Rule 44: Process in the Appellate Court.

I. DISPOSITION OF APPEALS

(a) Form.  The form of process in appellate courts shall be as near as may be to similar process issued pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil or Criminal Procedure.

(b) Service, Execution and Return.  Process in the appellate court shall be served, executed and returned in the same manner as process issued pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil or Criminal Procedure.
