Toran Harper v. State of Tennessee

The Petitioner, Toran Harper, appeals the Shelby County Criminal Court’s denial of his
petition for post-conviction relief, claiming that he received the ineffective assistance of
trial counsel. Based upon our review, we affirm the judgment of the post-conviction court.
