Oral Arguments

Video streams and audio recordings of oral arguments in the appellate courts are available 1-5 days after the oral argument.  You may access these recordings by searching the particular case and clicking on the YouTube link found within the case information.  Parties may file a motion asking the court to exclude the audio and/or video recording from being available online.  If the court grants the request, the oral argument will be removed.
