Timothy Chatman v. State of Tennessee

The petitioner, Timothy Chatman, appeals the dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief, arguing that the post-conviction court erred in finding that his guilty pleas were knowing and voluntary and that he received effective assistance of trial counsel.
