Teresa Sumpter v. State of Tennessee

The Petitioner, Teresa Sumpter, appeals from the Shelby County Criminal Court’s denial
of post-conviction relief from the Petitioner’s convictions for felony theft and money
laundering and her effective sixty-year sentence. On appeal, the Petitioner contends that
the post-conviction court erred by denying relief on her ineffective assistance of counsel
claims. We affirm the judgment of the post-conviction court.
