Justices Serve on Panel for SETLAW Ladies of Justice Event

 
Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Cornelia Clark, Sharon G. Lee and Holly Kirby served on a panel as part of the Southeast Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women's (SETLAW) Ladies of Justice "Lunch and Learn" event at the Hamilton County Criminal Courthouse in Chattanooga. The panel was moderated by SETLAW President Sara McManus, of Baker Donelson. The justices spoke about how they decided to become lawyers, who their mentors were, the career challenges they have faced and their advice for other women. The event was sponsored by O'Shaughnessy and Carter, PLLC.
 
SETLAW is a nonprofit, professional organization whose members include female judges, in-house counsel, private practice attorneys ranging from solo-practitioners to members of large firms, public service and governmental attorneys, as well as female attorneys who are not currently practicing law.
 
The organization is committed to furthering the role of women in the law and in the local community.
