STATE OF TENNESSEE v. MIKEL CECIL

This matter is before the Court upon petition of the Defendant, Mikel Cecil, for an
accelerated interlocutory appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 10B, Section 2. The
Defendant asks this Court to review the trial judge’s order denying his motion to recuse.
