Rhonda Kay Davis v. State of Tennessee

Petitioner, Rhonda Kay Davis, appeals the denial of her petition for post-conviction relief, arguing that the post-conviction court erred in finding that trial counsel provided effective assistance of counsel and that her plea was knowingly and voluntarily entered.
