This appeal arises out of a divorce proceeding. After the trial court entered a mediated
final judgment of divorce on stipulated grounds, the husband, who is pro se, filed a Rule
60 motion seeking to set it aside on the basis of fraud by the wife. The trial court denied
the motion. Due to significant deficiencies in the husband’s brief on appeal, we conclude
that he waived consideration of any issue and hereby dismiss the appeal.
