The Executive Committee, elected by the membership of the TCJFCJ, is the governing board of the Council and consists of the president, vice president, secretary/treasurer, immediate past president, seven directors and any Tennessee judge serving as an officer of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. The Constitution of TCJFCJ provides that any judge, judge-elect, magistrate, judge pro tem, or former judge of any court exercising juvenile jurisdiction is eligible for active membership. Council membership for October 1, 2010- September 30, 2011 includes 93 members.
