Understanding Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP)
Under the Family First Prevention Services Act

In this session, attorneys who practice at Juvenile Court will learn about and understand Qualified Residential Treatment Programs.  The importance of judicial oversight and attorney advocacy for children and families will be discussed when a residential treatment program is under consideration for the placement of  a youth.  The new Bench Card will be explained as it is a valuable tool for both attorneys and judicial officers. 

CLE:  This course has been approved for 1.50 hours of general CLE credit. 

  • The approved CLE for this training includes an additional 15 minutes (.25 credit hour) to include time to complete the Pre-Training Quiz and Survey, and Post-Training Quiz, CLE Request and Training Evaluation.  Kindly take your  time to offer thoughtful responses to the questions.
  • Partial Credit is not given for distance learning courses.  
  • CLE for completed on-demand distance learning courses is reported one time, regardless of calendar year.
