Understanding Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP)

In this session, attorneys who practice at Juvenile Court will learn about and understand Qualified Residential Treatment Programs. The importance of judicial oversight and attorney advocacy for children and families will be discussed when a residential treatment program is under consideration for the placement of a youth. The new Bench Card will be explained as it is a valuable tool for both attorneys and judicial officers.
CLE: This course has been approved for 1.50 hours of general CLE credit.
