Keeping Youth Safe in Facilities Pre-Training Quiz

This training will explain Protection & Advocacy System's and Disability Rights Tennessee's (DTR) work. They will review what investigators look for when monitoring juvenile facilities. The investigators will discuss ways they are able to effectively speak with youth and facility staff to gather information on key issues that may not be readily visible, including ways to put youth and staff at ease. They will summarize issues they have discovered in facilities through interviews, on site inspections, and records reviews.

CLE: This course has been approved for 1.67 general hours.

  • The approved CLE for this training includes an additional 15 minutes (.25 credit hour) to include time to complete the Pre-Training Quiz and Survey, and Post-Training Quiz, CLE Request and Training Evaluation. Kindly take your time to offer thoughtful responses to the questions.
  • Partial credit is not given for distance learning courses.
  • You may only receive CLE credit for the completion of on-demand distance learning courses one time, regardless of which calendar year the course was completed.
  • On-Demand Training sessions must have interactive components accredited for actual time spent to obtain CLE Credit Hours. Therefor you must complete the training questions. Your responses to the quiz questions are reviewed for data purposes only.
