For juvenile court practitioners, the world of D&N and TPR is ever changing. This training will discuss updates to and new case law, and how to use the cases in practice. Cases will be discussed from both the GAL and parents’ attorneys perspectives.
CLE:  This course has been approved for 1.75 hours of general CLE credit.
  • The approved CLE for this training includes an additional 15 minutes (.25 credit hour) to include time to complete the Pre-Training Quiz and Survey, and Post-Training Quiz, CLE Request and Training Evaluation. Kindly take your  time to offer thoughtful responses to the questions.
  • Partial Credit is not given for distance learning courses.  
  • CLE for completed on-demand distance learning courses is reported one time, regardless of calendar year.
  • Pre-Training Quiz questions allow us gauge the understanding of the topic before viewing the material. Please answer each question with your current understanding of the topic. Quiz questions are reviewed for data purposes and do not affect the reporting of your CLE hours.
