University of Memphis Honors Justice Roger Page

The University of Memphis honored Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Roger A. Page as an Outstanding Law Alumni for his service to the state's highest court. Page was presented the honor by University of Memphis Provost David Russomanno on behalf of President Bill Hardgrave in the Historic Courtroom at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Page received his JD from the University of Memphis Law School in 1984, ranking fourth in his class.

Justice Page will retire in August after serving more than eight years on the Court. He served as Chief Justice from September 2021 to August 2023.

The UofM Law School hosted the Tennessee Supreme Court's April Docket on April 3. The Court's Chief Justice, Holly Kirby, is also a UofM Law alumnus. The Court members also met with students to talk about our paths to the Court and answer their questions.
