This presentation will cover the basic of conservatorships. The who, what, when, where and why. Additionally, conservatorships in Tennessee vary from person-to-person and count-to-county. The audience will learn the varying differences in conservatorship as well as best practices for conservators within each. The presentation will also cover tips on interacting with conservators for best outcomes.
