Davidson County Juvenile Court CLE: Orders of Protection

This session will cover the basic statute and nuances of orders of protection when they are at Juvenile Court. This session will discuss what happens at these hearings, the services available, and the interconnections between domestic violence and the exposure to violence and child abuse.
