COVID-19 Related Trainings

The Tennessee Court Improvement Program understands that these are challenging and unprecedented times which present demands in your roles as attorneys in the child welfare system. In March 2020, the Supreme Court issued an order allowing for unlimited online hours to establish CLE compliance for the 2020 compliance year.

We have prepared a series trainings to assist you with issues unique to your advocacy during the Covid-19 Pandemic .We are also sensitive to the financial impact caused by the pandemic, and there is no cost associated with the distance learing trainings.  We hope that you will avail yourself of these learning opportunities.

Stress Management and Self-Care Series 

This is a four part training series.  Additional Sessions will be posted as they become available.

Part I: Putting Your Oxygen Mask on First: Understanding and Managing Stress (1.08 dual hours CLE)

Part II: Putting Your Oxygen Mask on Others: Supporting Stress Management with Others (.90 dual hours CLE)

Part III: Psychologically Safe Organizations: "We Care" Cultures Managing Stress (1.0 dual hours CLE)

Part IV:  Ask the Expert: A Q&A on Stress Management and Self-Care During a Crisis with Dr. Jon Ebert  (1.08 dual hours CLE)  





CLE credits will only be given once for each training, regardless of calendar year. 

Please Note:  The Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education limits the number of hours an attorney may earn from on-line trainings to eight (8) hours per year.  Also, an attorney may take each course only one time for CLE credit.
