Law Clerk – Tennessee Supreme Court

The Honorable Sarah K. Campbell is seeking qualified individuals to serve as term law clerks in her chambers in Nashville, Tennessee. Two positions are available beginning in August or September 2024. The term is one year, with the potential opportunity to extend for an additional year.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties include researching substantive legal issues, preparing legal memoranda, drafting opinions, and supervising interns.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have a demonstrated record of law school success, excellent research and writing skills, and strong character and work ethic. Preference will be given to applicants with law review or moot court experience or previous experience as a law clerk or practicing attorney.
