Oral Arguments

Video streams and audio recordings of oral arguments in the appellate courts are available 1-5 days after the oral argument.  You may access these recordings by searching the particular case and clicking on the YouTube video or SoundCloud link found within the case information.  Parties may file a motion asking the court to exclude the audio and/or video recording from being available online.  If the court grants the request, the oral argument will be removed.
