This month's training session includes a panel discussion on ethical considerations in Juvenile Court proceedings. The panel will discuss some of the Rules of Ethics in relation to Delinquency cases, Dependency & Neglect and private party custody cases, and will include specific samples in order to clearly communicate some of the ethical pit falls when practicing law at Juvenile Court.
