J. RULES BY THE INTERMEDIATE APPELLATE COURTS

The Court of Appeals and Court of Criminal Appeals by action of a majority of the judges may make and amend rules governing their practice not inconsistent with these rules. Rules and amendments so made shall be published. In all cases not provided for by rule, the Court of Appeals and Court of Criminal Appeals may regulate their practice in any manner not inconsistent with these rules.
