Commission Sends Three Names to Governor for 30th Judicial District Circuit Court Vacancy – Shelby County

The Trial Court Vacancy Commission met today (Friday, July 21, 2017) to consider five applicants for the Circuit Court vacancy in the 30th Judicial District, which serves Shelby County. The vacancy was created by the retirement in June of Judge Robert L. Childers.

After holding a public hearing and conducting public interviews, the Commission selected the following nominees:

Lewis Lyons – Memphis

Tabitha McNabb – Germantown

David Rudolph – Memphis

The Commission has forwarded the names to Gov. Bill Haslam for his consideration.
