Commission sends Armstrong, Carr, Maroney to Gov. Haslam for Court of Appeals Consideration

The Governor’s Commission on Judicial Appointments met on May 16, 2014 in Memphis to hold a public hearing and conduct interviews of candidates for the vacancy on the Tennessee Court of Appeals..

After interviewing the candidates and conducting a vote, the Commission has submitted the following three as nominees to Gov. Bill Haslam for the vacancy effective September 1, 2014.

The vacancy was created by the appointment of Judge Holly Kirby to the Tennessee Supreme Court effective September 1.
