Commission sends Bivins, Knight, Scroggs to Gov. Haslam for Supreme Court Justice Consideration

The Governor's Commission for Judicial Appointments met Wednesday, March 5 in Nashville to interview five candidates for the position on the Tennessee Supreme Court being vacated this summer by Justice William C. Koch, Jr.

After conducting a public hearing and interviews of all the candidates, the commission has sent the following names to Gov. Bill Haslam for his consideration:
