ISSUE: Pop-up Blocker will not allow the screens to load
SOLUTION: Set Internet Explorer to allow Pop-ups from this site...
First click the link provided (you may see a blank page). Secondly, determine your version of Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, click on "Help" and then "About Internet Explorer". Follow the instructions below for your version.
In Internet Explorer version 7 click on the following: "Tools" - "Pop-up Blocker - "Always allow Pop-ups from this site" - You will be asked, "Would you like to allow pop-ups from edison.tennessee.gov?" Click "Yes" and the screens should load.
If you are running Internet Explorer version 6 you will see a window with the title "Information Bar" in a blue background, click "OK" in this window. Another information line appears below the address line stating, "Pop-up blocked ..." Click on this line. The text will change to "Pop-ups temporarily allowed. To always allow pop-ups from this site, click here...” Click this line once again. A window will open asking: "Would you like to allow pop-ups from edison.tennessee.gov?" Click "Yes" and the screens should load.
