Order amending Supreme Court Rule 28, Section 6(B)(1) which refers to: The presiding judge shall assign a judge to hear the case who may be the original hearing judge. Should the presiding judge fail to assign a judge, and no judge is designated by the Chief Justice, the judge who presided at the original trial shall hear the petition.
