ORDER

The Board of Professional Responsibility has petitioned this Court to adopt Supreme Court Rule 44 which relates to regulations of lawyer intermediary organizations. Proposed Rule 44 is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

In the interest of providing prompt and fair consideration of the issues raised by the petition, the Court hereby solicits written responses from the bench, bar, and public. Comments should be addressed to:
