ORDER

Rule 38 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court is hereby amended by adding the following language at the end of the first sentence of the Preamble section of the current rule:

“, and for families that are involved in any other custody matters.”

Rule 38 of the Rules of the Tennesee Supreme Court is further amended by adding the following language at the end of the last sentence of the Preamble section of the current rule:

“, and any other custody matters.“

This amendment shall be effective upon the filing of this order.
