Petitioner Abu-Ali Abdur’Rahman, by and through counsel, hereby give notice of his intent to file a petition for extraordinary relief that will request this Court, among other things, to cause a review of this case before an execution can occur.
The undersigned will file this pleading no later than the close of business this Friday, February 28, 2003.
Petitioner requests the Court to withhold the setting of an execution date until it has had an opportunity to review the pleading that Petitioner soon will be filing.
